RBT Training
We will provide RBT training to all employees to help them build their career and help our clients achieve their goals.
Open Positions
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): Mental health professionals with a master’s or PhD in the fields of phycology, counseling or special education, who have met the requirements established by the behavior analyst certified board (BACB). Individuals must be licensed as Behavior Specialist under the Pennsylvania board of medicine.
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT): Bachelor or Associate degree level mental health professionals who have completed and obtained certification through the BACB.
Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS): Bachelor or Associate degree level mental health professionals, who have completed the training but are not certified. All TSS will be required to complete RBT training and certification within 90 days of their hire date.
